The Church of God is convoked in Synod. With this convocation, Pope Francis invites the whole Church to question itself on synodality: a decisive theme for the life and mission of the Church.
During the Diocesan Phase of this process, parishes and people will be invited to reflect on the three themes of Communion, Participation and Mission.
Parishes will be invited to conduct local reflection and sharing which will feed into diocesan sounding sessions. All are invited to contribute either in the parish reflections or via the comment section which can be accessed here.
Above all, at this time, please commit to prayer for the Synod process and for the Archdiocese of Southwark - that the will of God be discerned and our actions and conversations be inspired.
